1.What we collect
When you use the calculator we store the technical inputs (municipality, consumption, roof area and type) without anything that identifies you. When you send a quote request we store your name, email, phone, municipality, property type, planned timeline and your note.
2.Why we use it
We use the data in a request solely to connect you with installers covering your municipality and to track whether the request was handled. Calculator inputs are used in anonymous form to improve the estimate.
3.Who we share it with
We pass a request only to installers covering your municipality, and only as far as they need it to prepare a quote. An installer sees your phone number when you approve it. We don't sell your data and we don't use it for third-party advertising.
4.How long we keep it
We keep requests for 24 months after the last activity, then delete or anonymise them. Anonymous calculations are kept indefinitely because they cannot be tied to a person.
5.Your rights
At any time you can ask for a copy of your data, a correction or deletion, and you can withdraw your consent. An email to the address in the footer is enough; we reply within 30 days.
6.Legal basis
We process the data in a quote request on the basis of your own request, that is, to take steps before you enter a contract with an installer. Newsletter sign-ups are processed on the basis of the consent you confirm by opening the emailed link, which you can withdraw at any time. Rate limiting and basic site security rest on our legitimate interest in preventing abuse.
7.Cookies
We use no analytics, no advertising cookies and no third-party cookies. We set cookies only for signing in to an account and for the platform's admin panel; your theme choice and the cookie notice are remembered locally in your browser and never sent to the server. The cookie policy carries the full list with the lifetime of every entry.
8.Newsletter
A sign-up does not take effect until you open the confirmation link we send you — that way nobody can subscribe someone else's address. We keep the address, the language, the sign-up date and the page it came from. Every email carries an unsubscribe link, which removes you from the list.
9.Security
Passwords are stored as scrypt hashes, never as text. Sessions live on the server and the cookie holds only a random identifier whose hash is stored, so a database leak hands over no live session. Admin access requires a second factor.
