1.What this platform is and isn't
Solaro is an intermediary connecting property owners with solar installers. We are not an installer, we don't sell equipment, and we are not a party to the contract you sign with an installer.
2.Estimates are indicative
Calculator results are an estimate based on measured irradiation data and conservative assumptions, without a site visit. They are not an offer and do not guarantee production, price or payback period. Binding figures come from an installer.
3.Your obligations
Provide your details in good faith and as accurately as you know them. Fake requests, automated scraping of content and using the platform for spam are prohibited.
4.Installers on the platform
We vet installers to the extent described in the FAQ, but we don't guarantee quality of work, adherence to deadlines or fulfilment of warranties. Disputes are settled directly with the installer; you can report them to us and we factor them into lead access.
5.Liability
We are not liable for indirect damage arising from the use of estimates or from your choice of installer. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
6.Accounts and access
Installers sign in with an email and password; property owners sign in through a link we email them, with no account to create. You are responsible for keeping your email access and your password secure. We may restrict an account that is used contrary to these terms.
7.Installer identity and intermediation
Companies are not named in the public directory. You receive the company name in your own conversation once you accept its offer. By accepting these terms you agree that where you reached an installer through Solaro, you will contract with them through the contact opened on the platform — our fee to the installer rests on that.
8.Content and copyright
The text, guides, calculations and data on this site are ours or are used with the source cited. You may read, print and quote them with attribution. Bulk automated extraction of the content, and republishing it as your own, is not permitted.
9.Changes and governing law
We may change these terms and will publish the date of the change on this page. Where a change materially alters your obligations we will notify account holders. The law of Bosnia & Herzegovina applies, and the competent court in Sarajevo has jurisdiction over disputes.
